PROTOCOL REGISTRATION

 

Issue Date: November 26, 2012                      Effective Date: December 6, 2012

 On November 1, 2012, Rayfield Communications, Inc. (“the Company”) pursuant to §392.550 RSMo (Cum. Supp. 2010), filed an application for registration to offer and provide Interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol in exchanges statewide.

The Commission has reviewed the application filed by the Company and finds that it and the attached affidavit comply with the filing requirements set forth in § 392.550 RSMo (Cum. Supp. 2010).

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1.               Rayfield Communications, Inc. is granted authority to provide Interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol service in the exchanges set forth in the affidavit attached to the application and restated above.

2.               This Order shall become effective on December 6, 2012.



 

3.               This case may be closed on December 7, 2012.
