ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

Issue Date: November 26, 2012 Effective Date: November 26, 2012

For the reasons stated in Staff’s request, the Commission will grant Staff’s request for an extension of time to file its recommendation regarding Cedar Green Land Acquisition, L.L.C.’s application.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The deadline for the Commission’s Staff to file its recommendation regarding Cedar Green Land Acquisition, L.L.C.’s application for a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity is extended until February 26, 2013.

2. Staff’s recommendation shall include an explanation, citing relevant statutory and case law, of the legal basis for the Commission’s jurisdiction to grant the certificate.

3. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
