ORDER SETTING PREHEARING CONFERENCE

On November 8, 2012, the Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission filed a motion requesting Davidson Telecom, LLC (“Davidson”) certificates of service authority and accompanying tariffs in the above captioned matters. On November 19, 2012, Davidson filed an objection to Staff’s motion and requested a hearing. The Commission will set a prehearing conference.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. A prehearing conference shall be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The prehearing conference will be held in Room 305 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, Jefferson City, Missouri. The conference will be held in a building that meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any person requiring additional accommodations to participate in this conference shall call the Missouri Public Service Commission’s Hotline at 800‑392‑4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the hearing.

2. Any party wishing to attend the prehearing conference by phone shall call into the Commission’s phone bridge at 877-820-7831, and enter the following PIN # 93348999#, at the time of the conference.

3. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
