As part of its recommendation, the Staff of the Commission’s Procurement Analysis Unit requests permission to submit its results and recommendations regarding the information included in this ACA filing to the Commission on or before December 13, 2013.
The Commission has reviewed Staff’s request and will direct Staff to file its results and recommendations no later than December 13, 2013.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
