For the reasons stated in Halo Wireless, Inc.’s November 20, 2012 request, the Commission will grant it an extension of time to file its answer to the complaint.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The deadline for Halo Wireless, Inc. to file an answer to the complaint is extended until January 15, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
