For the reasons stated in Transcom Enhanced Services, Inc.’s November 16, 2012 request, the Commission will grant it an extension of time to file its answer to the complaint.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The deadline for Transcom Enhanced Services, Inc. to file an answer to the complaint is extended until January 15, 2013.

2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
