NOTICE

On November 8, 2012, the Staff of the
Missouri Public Service Commission filed a motion requesting CfL, LLC, d/b/a
CfL Payphones (“CfL Payphones”) certificate of service authority to provide private
pay telephone service in the State of Missouri be cancelled. The Commission granted CfL Payphones a
certificate of service authority to provide private pay telephone service in
the State of Missouri in File Number TA-200-66.
The Commission need not hold a
hearing, if, after proper notice and opportunity to intervene, no party
requests such a hearing.[1] Therefore, if no request for a hearing or
objection to Staff’s motion is received, the Commission may cancel the
certificate based on Staff’s motion.
The
Commission finds that proper persons shall be allowed 10 days from the issuance
of this order to file a motion for hearing.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Any party wishing to file an objection or
request a hearing shall do so by filing a pleading no later than November 19,
2012, with:
