NOTICE

On November 7, 2012, Allegiance
Communications, LLC filed a Notice of Change Application to notify the
Commission of their decision to cease providing video services in the
communities of Plattsburg, Dearborn, Camden Point, Braymer, Maysville, Gower,
Seligman and Washburn, Missouri. The
Commission granted Allegiance authorization to provide video service in the
State of Missouri in File Number KA-2011-0122.
The Commission need not hold a
hearing, if, after proper notice and opportunity to intervene, no party
requests such a hearing.[1] Therefore, if no request for a hearing or
objection to Allegiance’s motion is received, the Commission may cancel the
certificate based on the company’s motion.
The Commission finds that proper persons shall be allowed 10 days from
the issuance of this order to file a motion for hearing.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. Any party wishing to file an objection or
request a hearing shall do so by filing a pleading no later than November 19,
2012, with:

2. This order shall become effective upon
