ORDER ESTABLISHING TIME TO RESPOND TO MOTION TO STRIKE PORTIONS OF INITIAL POST-HEARING BRIEF

On November 9, 2012, Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri filed a motion asking the Commission to strike specified portions of the Post-Hearing Brief of Natural Resources Defense Council, Renew Missouri and Sierra Club. Ameren Missouri complains that the specified portions of the brief improperly attempt to introduce new evidence into the record. Because reply briefs are due on November 15, the Commission will establish a shortened time for response to Ameren Missouri’s motion.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. Any party wishing to respond to Ameren Missouri’s Motion to Strike Portions of Initial Post-Hearing Brief may do so no later than November 13, 2012.

2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
