On November 7, 2012, Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc., filed the above‑captioned request. The company moves the Commission to act on this matter by December 19, 2012. With that in mind, the Commission will direct Staff to file a statement informing the Commission of a date by which Staff will file a recommendation.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The Staff of the Commission shall file, no later than November 16, 2012, a statement informing the Commission of a date by which Staff will file a recommendation.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
