ORDER CANCELING DISCOVERY CONFERENCE

On November 7, 2012, counsel for the Staff of the Commission notified the Regulatory Law Judge that there are no outstanding discovery disputes in this matter and that the parties believe the discovery conference set for November 7, 2012 may be waived. Consequently, the Commission will cancel the conference. If any parties encounter discovery disputes that require resolution prior to the next scheduled discovery conference, they may contact the Regulatory Law Judge to schedule a conference.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The discovery conference scheduled for November 7, 2012 is canceled.
2. This order shall become effective upon issuance.
