On September 28,[1] Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (“Ameren”) filed revised tariff sheets that would amend its net metering program. According to Ameren, the revised tariff sheets are required to be filed according to Commission rules that became effective on August 30. The tariff sheets carry an effective date of October 28.
The Commission suspended those tariff sheets upon a motion from Staff, and scheduled a prehearing conference. On October 29, Ameren withdrew the tariff sheets. Thus, the Commission will cancel the prehearing conference and close the file.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. The prehearing conference is canceled.
2. This file shall be closed.
3.
This order shall become effective immediately upon
issuance.
