The Missouri Public Service Commission is granting the parties’ request to recess the evidentiary hearing for the next two days following the date of this order.

THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:

1. The request described in the body of this order is granted.

2. All parties, counsel, and witnesses are excused from appearing at the evidentiary hearing on

a. Wednesday, October 24, 2012; and

b. Thursday, October 25, 2012.

3. This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
