EXCUSING ITC MIDWEST, L.L.C. FROM ATTENDANCE
Issue Date: October 22, 2012 Effective Date: October 22, 2012
On October 12, 2012, ITC Midwest, L.L.C. (“ITC”)
requested to be excused from attendance at the workshop in File Number
EW-2013-0101, scheduled for November 14, 2012, and from the On-the-Record
Proceeding in EW-2012-0011, scheduled for November 26, 2012. ITC explains that is has very limited
transmission assets in Missouri (about 9.5 miles long) located in the
northeastern comer of the state. It further states that it does not
generate electricity and does not purchase fuel or engage in related hedging
practices. Because of its limited presence in the state it seeks to be
excused from participating in these proceedings. The Commission finds ITC’s requests to be
reasonable and will grant them.
THE COMMISSION ORDERS THAT:
1. ITC Midwest, L.L.C. is excused from attendance at the workshop in File Number EW-2013-0101, scheduled for November 14, 2012, and from the On-the-Record Proceeding in EW-2012-0011, scheduled for November 26, 2012.
2. This order shall become effective immediately upon issuance.
