Earth Island Institute d/b/a Renew Missouri; Missouri Coalition for the
Environment; Missouri Solar Energy Industries Association; Wind on the Wires;
The Alternative Energy Company, LLC; StraightUp Solar; and Missouri Solar
Applications LLC filed a complaint with the Commission against KCP&L
Greater Missouri Operations Company, a copy of which is enclosed. Commission Rule 4 CSR 240‑2.070
allows the Respondent 30 days from the date of this notice to file an
answer or to file notice that the complaint has been satisfied. Thirty days from this date is March 2, 2013,
but since that is a Saturday, KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company
must file its answer no later than Monday, March 4, 2013.
This complaint
is a contested case. As required by section 536.067(2)(f), RSMo 2000, the
Commission informs the parties that the Commission’s provisions governing
procedures before the Commission, including provisions relating to discovery
are found at Commission Rule Chapter 4 CSR 240-2.
