NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY
Issue Date: January 29, 2013
On
January 29, 2013, City Tele Coin Company, Inc. filed an application for
registration to provide interconnected voice over Internet protocol
service. City Tele Coin Company’s
application did not contain an attorney’s signature, or the signer’s street
address, telephone number, facsimile number and electronic e-mail address. The application also failed to contain a
completed certificate of service. In
addition, the affidavit attached to the application failed to provide the exchanges
in which the company proposes to provide VoIP service, pursuant to §392.550.3(2),
RSMo Cum. Supp. 2011.
The
Commission will not take action on this application until these deficiencies
are corrected. The Commission will leave
the file open until February 19, 2013, to
allow City Tele Coin Company to correct the
deficiencies. If no response is filed by
that time, the Commission will reject the application and close the file.
