NOTICE REGARDING TARIFF

Issue Date: January 24, 2013

On January 23, 2013, the Commission issued its Order Acknowledging Transfer of Customers, Cancellation of Certificate and Tariff, and Approval of Tariff Revisions, which approved Tariff No. YX‑2013‑0312, filed by Telrite Corporation on January 4, 2013. The order cancelled Applewood Communications Corporation’s Tariff No. YX‑2009‑0332.

The Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System permits only one tariff action per submission; thus, this notice is submitted to accomplish the cancellation of Tariff No. YX-2009-0332.
