NOTICE REGARDING DEADLINE FOR STATUS REPORT OR PROPOSED PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE

On September 24, 2012, Unice Harris filed a complaint with the Missouri Public Service Commission against Southern Union Company d/b/a Missouri Gas Energy.  At a prehearing conference held on December 12, 2012, the presiding officer directed the parties to jointly file a status report or proposed procedural schedule no later than December 21, 2012.
