NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Issue Date: December 11, 2012

On December 11, 2012, the Commission issued a procedural order entitled “Order Canceling Procedural Conference, Directing Notice, Setting Intervention Deadline and Establishing a Procedural Schedule.” A portion of that order made reference to, and canceled, a procedural conference. The order lists the date of that conference as being December 12, 2012; however it should have read December 13, 2012. The order is accordingly corrected nunc pro tunc.
