REVISED NOTICE OF RULEMAKING HEARING

 

Issue Date:  December 3, 2012

 

A rulemaking hearing regarding the Commission’s proposed amendment to Commission Rules, 4 CSR 240-40.020, 4 CSR 240-40.030, and 4 CSR 240-40.080 is scheduled for February 5, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.  The hearing will be held in room 305.
