On June 14, 2012, Jefferson County filed an application with the Commission for authority to sale the assets of Meramec Sewer Company. On June 20, the Commission issued an order dismissing the case for lack of jurisdiction. The order had an effective date July 19. On July 17, the Commission extended this effective date to August 27. Jefferson County then filed a Motion for Reconsideration asking the Commission to shorten that time to August 13.
Both of those dates have passed. The motion is now moot. There remains no more action on this case. This case will therefore be closed.
