NOTICE ACKNOWLEDGING MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO TERMINATE DUPLICATE AGREEMENT AND CLOSING CASE

Issue Date: October 22, 2012

On October 8, 2012, Granby Telephone Company and Alltel Communications, LLC, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, successor-in-interest to Alltel Communications, Inc. filed with the Missouri Public Service Commission, a notice of mutual agreement for termination of the duplicate traffic termination agreement. Effective July 1, 2012, the companies mutually agreed to terminate their duplicate Traffic Termination Agreement approved by the Commission in Case No. TK-2007-0369. The Commission acknowledges the termination of the duplicate Traffic Termination Agreement. 

There remains no further action in this matter. Therefore, this case may be closed. BY THE COMMISSION
