October 19, 2012, the Commission issued a Notice Acknowledging Mutual Agreement
to Terminate Duplicate Agreement and Closing Case. In the notice, the Commission incorrectly
referenced Alltel Communications, LLC, d/b/a Verizon Wireless,
successor-in-interest to Alltel Communications, Inc. This notice corrects the company name to
Cellco Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, St. Joseph CellTellco, d/b/a
Verizon Wireless, and Verizon Wireless, d/b/a Verizon Wireless.
